Tapp Me targets ‘Emerging Smart Cities’ to introduce ‘One Stop Solution’
Tapp Me, a Gurugram-based start-up offering hassle-free day-to-day repair and maintenance services today said it would target ‘Emerging Smart Cities’ to introduce ‘One Stop Solution’ for homes and offices, as part of plans to expand its footprint pan-India.
The initiative was announced by Snehanshu Gandhi and Gaurav Shrishrimal, co-founders, Tapp Me.
Currently, it is providing all renovation, installation, repair and maintenance services for offices and homes in Visakhapatnam, Patna and Jaipur.
“With one stop service solution, we are bridging the gap between service seekers and service providers and are building a platform for repair and renovation works. The objective is to create a niche in this market with hassle-free maintenance services along with generating job opportunities for skilled technicians,” said Gandhi and Shrishrimal.
Tapp Me plans to expand its service delivery network in the emerging smart cities and add ‘beauty services, driver on demand and car cleaning’ in the next phase of expansion.
“The response from Visakhapatnam, Patna and Jaipur has been heart-warming. Keeping up the same zeal, we are now planning to expand our services in other emerging smart cities and looking at adding beauty services, driver on demand and car cleaning as future focus services,” they added.
At present, Tapp Me is catering to B2C and B2B markets with Interior Solutions, Electrical, Plumbing, A.C., Home Appliances, Carpentry, Painting, Pest Control and Deep Cleaning services.
Along with hassle-free maintenance services, the company also offers a plethora of job opportunities for skilled labour with regular income. It has developed a self-sufficient model by training and enhancing the skills of the technicians, providing them a profitable sustaining platform with regular jobs and incentive opportunities.
Tapp Me has a workforce of over 250 in-house technicians working on a ‘profit sharing policy’ and expert teams of project engineers spread across the country, focusing on big projects like turnkey office interior, modular kitchen installation and customization, repair and renovation and professional annual maintenance contract services among others.
